HOW HOPEWIN OPERATES
HopeWin operates in two main ways: through our Hope Grants program and through monthly community events hosted by chapter leaders.
Our chapter model is built around putting boots on the ground for local nonprofits that are already doing meaningful work. Many organizations need support, but do not always have the time, staff, or resources to host collection events on their own.
HopeWin helps fill that gap by acting as a bridge between the community and local organizations that could use extra support.
Monthly Events
Chapter leaders host monthly collection events in their area to support local nonprofits, drives, and community needs.
Local Support
Events may support food banks, toy drives, clothing drives, police department drives, shelters, or other organizations collecting tangible items.
Real Connection
HopeWin works closely with local organizations so chapter efforts are useful, respectful, and aligned with what each community actually needs.

The chapter system was designed to be manageable for future chapter leaders. HopeWin’s founders have been using, testing, and refining this system through real events so new leaders can step into a process that already has structure and guidance.
If you pass the screening process, we provide resources, guidance, and information to help you ease into the role. There is no failure point here, just a willingness to show up and help your local community become the best it can be.
