HOW HOPEWIN OPERATES
HopeWin’s primary program is Hope Grants, which provide small, practical support to individuals and families facing hardship. Local chapters are a future growth path designed to help expand awareness, build partnerships, support fundraising, and create community outreach opportunities.
Our chapter model is built around putting boots on the ground for HopeWin’s mission. Chapter leaders may help introduce HopeWin locally, build relationships with nonprofits and businesses, support outreach tables, organize fundraising efforts, or host collection drives when they fit a real community need.
HopeWin helps fill that gap by acting as a bridge between the community and local organizations that could use extra support.
Local Outreach
Chapter leaders may help host informational tables, awareness events, fundraising efforts, collection drives, or other local outreach opportunities based on what their community needs and what is realistically manageable.
Local Support
Local efforts may support Hope Grants, nonprofit partners, local drives, fundraising campaigns, volunteer opportunities, or other needs identified in the community.
Real Connection
HopeWin works closely with local organizations so chapter efforts are useful, respectful, and aligned with what each community actually needs.

The chapter system was designed to be manageable for future chapter leaders. HopeWin’s founders have been using, testing, and refining this system through real events so new leaders can step into a process that already has structure and guidance.
If you pass the screening process, we provide resources, guidance, and information to help you ease into the role. There is no failure point here, just a willingness to show up and help your local community become the best it can be.
